Why SmartPass?
SmartPass helps you control the flow of students and ensures they get the most out of the school day.
- Provides a comprehensive digital record of time away from class
- You can set pass limits and restrictions
- Increase student safety during emergencies
- Help prevent vandalism and disruptive behavior
- Automatically block 2+ students from meeting up
- Find out who was in the Bathroom at a certain time
- Reduce frequent flyers by setting limits on passes
- Report students and have it sent to an admin
How can I access SmartPass?
SmartPass can be accessed through the WGHS Portal by clicking on the icon, via the website at www.smartpass.app/app or on your mobile phone through the App Store or Google Play.
How can my Students access SmartPass?
SmartPass can be accessed through the Clever Portal by clicking on the icon or via the website at www.smartpass.app/app . They can also access it on their mobile phone through the App Store or Google Play, but student mobile devices will be limited, so Clever is the best bet.

3. Create two SmartPasses

4. SUCCESS! Your successful completion will be automatically reported!
- Create a NOW pass for WGHS Demo Student 1 (WGHSdemostudent1@waltonstudent.org)
- Create a FUTURE pass for WGHS Demo Student 2 (WGHSdemostudent2@waltonstudent.org)
If you have issues with this, you may schedule a SmartPass for one of your students, BUT make sure you delete it when you are done.
4. SUCCESS! Your successful completion will be automatically reported!
